About Lexington, MA - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Lexington, Massachusetts dates back to 1642 and was established as a separate town in 1713, but the date that will live forever in its history is April 19, 1775, when Lexington served as the site for the opening battle in the American Revolution. The town commemorates the third Monday of every April as Patriot's Day, with a celebration including parades, a recreation of Paul Revere's ride and a reenactment of the Battle of Lexington. Minute Man National Historic Park offers exhibits and living history programs throughout the year that explain the impact of that historic day, while the National Heritage Museum features exhibits on various aspects of local and Masonic history and the U.S. S. Lexington Memorial commemorates this WWII-era aircraft carrier.

Lexington winters are long and cold, but things have usually thawed out by spring just in time for the Patriot's Day festivities. In May, Battle Green plays host to a different kind of struggle, that of teams competing to win the cooking contest at the Lexington Battle Green BBQ Festival. The Lexington Lions Club hosts a Fourth of July Carnival complete with games, rides, food and, of course, fireworks, and in September, when things have cooled off a bit, St. Nicholas Church hosts its Taste of Greece Festival.
